voter apathy

there are ways of encouraging voters to vote without supporting a specific candidate. it could be run like a lottery and everyone who votes gets a ticket no matter who they vote for and they could win a prize or something. this would only encourage people to vote and wouldnt effect who they voted for

Electoral college

I don't like the idea of a candidate losing the popular vote but still becoming president because of the electoral college. the only reason there was never a straight up popular vote was because back when our gov was set up travel and communication was almost impossible, so they set up the electoral college, but now we can communicate and candidates can travel so the electoral college to me is outdated and stupid.

stocks and bonds

stocks are shares of a corporation that people can buy, when the corp does good the corp pays out money to the investors but the investors can lose money when the corp is not doing good. bonds are essentially loans made out to corporations that earn interests. stocks offer greater rewards but greater risks. bonds offer less risks and less rewards
